This is Adam and my RAW edit of this weeks RAW file.

At first I was not happy with my edit but after living with it for a while I thought it worked out very well. Adams edits also worked out very well.

This file had so many angles that people could take and I know they have taken them as you can see in the forum.

It is always interesting finding a direction to take your edits and its even harder when the photographer who took it is on the other end of the screen.

I really dig Adams muted color photos, I think it pops but not in the normal way with a lot of contrast. He was able to capture a very even color from the bench to the trees to the subject.

When it came to finding the black and white edit for my photo I was so surprised with what I was able to get. I did a small edit in light room than opened the file in Silver Effex Pro 2. I hit one of the sliders and it tightened up the photo so much that I could not believe what I was seeing.

Now I am sure that the software wouldn't make every single image I take into it pop but what it did was just amazing.

For this weeks RAW Edit of the WEEK 49 I thought it was time to bring out a good old landscape as it has been a long while since we have had one of those. But I also thought it would be fun to put up the polaroid shots from Adam and my 5 min portrait polaroid edition.

Feel free to edit one or the other or both. Don't forget when you are uploading your images to the forum, flickr, facebook and google+ to name the files "FroKnowsPhoto Raw Edit 49".
