Here is a quick how to on getting at those gearboxes on our Taigen Sherman tank. After removing the tranny cover it is down to business just like our previous tanks. The gearboxes in this tank are the High/Low, 3:1, 48mm shafts (please excuse my 4:1 derp in the video!) and we now have ball bearing steel gearbox upgrades here: http://www.imex-model.com/product/TAG...

This video shows how to replace the idler wheel arms and torsion bar for the Tiger 1 tank. Sometimes the idler wheels arms break and you cannot pull out the arm from the connector. This video will show you how to replace the whole connector and arms.
-Start by taking the tracks off. There is another video showing how to do that, check my videos.
-Next take off the latching system for the top hull.
-Unscrew the set screws holding the idler arms in and remove them if you can.
-Unscrew the track tensioner screws evenly until the torsion bar can be removed.
-Follow the video on how to replace the idler arm holders correctly.
-Screw the track tensioner screws evenly and place the torsion bar back in it's position in the hull.
-Leave the tensioners loose until you reassemble the tank and put the tracks on. You can then adjust the tracks after it is assembled.

Here is a short video requested by a customer on how to remove the drive wheels and final drive shaft for the T34. As some of you know the assembly for the chassis is a bit different for the T34 as our other tanks so hopefully this helps those who might need it. Here are the steps:
-Open the tank
-If unfamiliar with the wiring please take a picture, otherwise unplug the upper hull from the lower hull and the smoke unit.
-Unscrew the 4 screws as shown in the video to remove the two gearboxes at once.
-Remove tracks (you can do this before or after the gearbox removal with this tank)
-Remove the front swivel plate as shown. The trick is to swivel it backwards and it will come off a lot easier. (Don't lose the bearings!)
-Remove hub cap from drive wheel and use a 2.5mm hex driver to unscrew the drive wheel.
-Separate the drive wheel from the final drive shaft (you will most likely have to wiggle it a bit here!)

Hey tankers!
Today we go over a simple turret rotation assembly swap. The swap is pretty straight forward:
- Remove the 3 screws that hold the unit in place.
- Cut or desolder the wires from the upper hull board.
- Splice or solder the wires back into place with the new unit.
- Secure unit back in place with the three screw holes.

Unfortunately(kinda?) my unit is not broke so I cannot demonstrate how to test it at the same time. We did however make another video in this playlist on how to diagnose DC brushed motors if you need to learn. Now the swap is simple, remove screws, replace unit, and either splice or solder the wires.

I personally will solder, but I understand some do not like to solder or do not want to. You can splice the wires just like it was a speaker wire, just make sure to tape them good afterwards so they do not contact each other or anything else.

This is a quick video on how to change out your airsoft unit if your airsoft motor is still working. If you try to fire and you hear a whirling noise or a clicking noise then your motor is still working. You are in luck as you only just need to replace the firing unit. This quick video will go over how to do it. It is the same on any of the airsoft tanks, just getting into the turret will be different. This is a first look at our new T34 from Taigen. This tank features a lower metal suspension, metal road wheels with bearings, metal idler wheels with bearings, 4:1 steel gearboxes, metal tracks, metal drive wheels, metal turret, metal gun barrel, metal hatches, airbrushed paint job, and of course our new 360 turret!
Here I will go into a bit of detail showing the internals of the tank. It isn't %100 final, but very close. Come take a look!

This is a simple video showing how to access the turret. I made this for a customer that had a small piece of plastic fall inside his tank and wanted to know how to fish it out. I hope this helps anyone that needs it!
